I went here looking fur a specific make, model, and year that my mom wanted. Sales manager assured me he would and could do it. Didn't happen, I ended up doing the work and found said vehicle within 30 miles.
The people were so friendly and followed up on questions, etc., in a way that showed they truly wanted to make our experience a good one. They always smiled, and they went the extra mile to make sure we were getting our needs met. Very unusual in this day. We are so happy to be able to do business with them. They are a joy to work with! We definitely will tell others how great they are.
Great service. Nice lounge area. Free coffee cookies and fruit. They try to make every guest feel at home and is very appreciated. They will answer and show you about what ever questions you may have. They definitely live up to their slogan.... Only the best
A few months ago my husband purchased a rear seat cover for our 2017 Tundra. We had them install it for us. After waiting just over 2 hours for it to be completed they charged us 1.5 hours labor. When I went to install the carseats back in the vehicle I noticed they didn't even install it properly around the headrests. Fastfoward to today when I needed to wash the seat cover. It literally took me less than 30 minutes to remove two carseats and the seat covers and then reinstall the seat covers and both carseats. What a fricken ripoff. Will never trust or recommend them again!
Awesome for service. Nice seating area, snacks (great for the kids), nice bathrooms that are always clean (again, great with kids), toys, and a comfy couch.
