I always rent economy and have had very comfortable cars. This time I got an economy Hyundai . It was a bit noisy and the seats were not very comfortable for a long drive. Service and price and dependability are always great at Enterprise.
Great experience every single time we've rented. Brett, from the Cadillac, MI office is always great to work with! Our one complaint, and it is a BIG one, is Enterprise states "We'll pick you up." Not once, have they been able to do that. Today was an emergency for me. No one can pick me up! One person in the office the entire day and he cannot leave. No this fault, I clearly understand, but now I'm scrambling to find some way to get to Ann Arbor, MI. If there was another rental agent anywhere near me that offered that service and carried through on it, I would be using them. Unfortunately, there is not so I will continue to use Enterprise for my rental needs and continue to be disappointed by them due to their inability to carry through on their claim.
Pick up was fast and staff helped me by dropping me off at the nearby airport. (1/2 mile). It would have helped if I had been given instructions on opening the fuel door. I had to look it up on you tube.
