Ordered a lift for Friday PM to Sat PM. Called to confirm and owner, very rudely, says they cannot do. Stay away--not worth the trouble.
0 Stars is more than they deserve. The manager is very unprofessional with how he handles customers. While there renting a U_Haul truck, he not only was rude to my husband but to 2 other customers. Customers were looking at each other shaking their heads in disbelief of his disrespectful and rude attitude to the customers. Called to ask to speak to Owner and they were not willing to let me talk or email anyone but the manager(John M) that was rude. Get a manager with customer service skills before he runs off any other customers..
I loved the organization of the storefront. Had to rent two U-Hauls a trailer and a van over two weekends. Both vehicles were clean before renting them which I liked a lot. Need to add a hitch to the truck and they were also helpful with that. Sadly the Harley Davidson on Display is not a rental :( LOL We had quick service and fair charges on our credit cards. I would recommend them to others.

Took my 83 year old father in law there to rent a gas powered one man post hole auger at about noon on Sept 30th. We were building an elevated deer blind and needed to drill four holes. My father in law signed the rental agreement and we were on our way. When we went to attach the auger and extension to the power head, we found one of the pins was sheered off and the other pin was bent and ready to sheer off. The pins were both 1/4 inch diameter 3-point hitch lynch pins which are not the correct pins for an auger application. I called the store and explained the situation to the same guy we rented it from. He told me to do whatever we needed to do. We went to Hougland's hardware store in Tustin and purchased two 3/8 diameter nuts and bolts to secure the auger. Due to our having to fix the auger, we were not able to return the machine by 3:00 PM when they closed and had to spend another night in Cadillac. We returned the auger Sunday morning at 8:00 AM and my father in law asked if he could make an adjustment on the price because of the fact they did not check the machine over before renting it and the lynch pins were not the correct pins and they were the wrong diameter. The same guy we rented the machine from, answered "WHAT DO YOU WANT, 50 CENTS FOR THE BOLTS YOU HAD TO BUY". The cost for the bolts was $1.87. When we went inside to close out the rental agreement. My father in law was handed the receipt with no adjustment. My father in law told the man that he would never come back again. The man replied " DON'T COME BACK. I AM THE OWNER AND I DON'T WANT YOUR BUSINESS". He also kept the lynch pins and the bolts we had to purchase. I am a contractor from down state and have rented a lot of equipment over the years and have NEVER experienced anything close to this. I can't believe this guy is really the owner. The guy was about 5'-8", about 210 pounds, body builder type with tattoos wearing a wife beater. In addition, there was a Harley Davison motor cycle with gorilla handle bars inside the store next the cash register. If the real owner of this store reads this review and wants to discuss this issue in further detail, my father in laws contact information is on the rental agreement dated September 30, 2017.
