Amazing store!! Fantastic employees didn't purchase any thing yet but Steve was phenomenal. He answered all of our questions and really put us at ease for our remodel would definitely recommend any one in the Cadillac area going there first for their furniture!! 5 star service for sure
I came into the store to buy a table for a party I was having. Matthew was very helpful in choosing the size I would need as well as showing me some different styles as they didn't have the color I wanted in stock. The check out and pick up process a week later was also made very easy.
I generally hate shopping at Art Van (from my experience at Art Van in Traverse City) due to over aggressive vulture sales people. My wife and I were greeted by Matthew. He showed us product that we asked for and informed us reasons to consider higher quality items that we hadn't considered. When we asked for some time to look around and consider, he excused himself and we were free to sit/lay on product without feeling like we were being stared down or that the sales person was waiting to scoop back in to tell us more about what we were sitting on. Can definitely tell an experienced sales person from some guy just trying to push commission. Thank you Matthew!
Matthew is very helpful and extremely knowledgeable about all of the products. I always leave knowing I got a great product for a reasonable price. I would recommend anyone who goes there to ask for Matthew. He knows how to get you to buy something without being pushy.
