Had a percription phoned in as urgent at 9:30 AM and was supposed to be able to be picked up in 30 minutes. Arrived at the pharmacy to pick up the percription at 10:00 AM. The percription was not ready and they told me "Oh I see it's marked urgent we can have it ready in 30 minutes" I don't find an hour to be very urgent and I am also very upset that I was told it be ready in 30 minutes and it was not.
