Tried to go through the drive thru at 9:30pm on a Thursday when they are supposed to be open until 11pm and got zero service. Not cool.
Service....just ok. Food.....awful bacon overcooked. Burger was crispy and overcooked as well. Baked potato was old and overcooked too. Cleanliness. ...horrible. Couldn't use bathroom. One star just for service.
The food was exceptional! Service was fast even being lunch hour. Very pleased and will choose this as a lunch option when I go out
The service was so fast that we did not have time to get two drinks before our food was ready. Now that's what I call fast food.
Very disappointed. I ordered the Baconator and there was not much bacon on it I had lettuce and tomato added to it which I was charged extra for it. I wouldn't mind paying extra because what I love about Wendy's burgers is their hot, juicy burgers, and cool, crispy, fresh lettuce and tomatoes. Our burgers were far from juicy, with a thin warm, wilted tiny piece of lettuce and you could see through the warm slice of tomato. I Would not go back to or ever recommend this Wendy's restaurant.
